Many of you would have heard of PaperCut MF which is a powerful print management tool used by large office and schools. Traditionally it has been out of reach for the smaller office or Primary schools. But not now!

PaperCut Hive brings most of the functionality with no need for an on site print server. Being Cloud Based means lower costs whilst still suppling I.T departments or department managers a wide variety of data points meaning the chance to easily increase efficiencies.

Somehow, printing got complicated, for both users and SysAdmins: BYOD and smartphones, multiple operating systems, mixed printer brands… well PaperCut Hive, with its serverless printing, makes printing easy again. Users simply print from any device to a single print queue and securely release their print job using their mobile phone or the MFP/MFD’s touchscreen.

Together with Intuitive and (if using Toshiba photocopiers) e-Fleet Manager Copier Doctor will give more control to their clients than ever before. Auto toner ordering, meter readings, FW updates and a whole host of dashboards including print data down to individual departments and users or simple dashboards for machine statuses we have it all covered.
